1947 Spartan Manor Model 25 travel trailer
The project involved replacing the axle, wheels, tires, plumbing, electrical system, interior walls, and flooring as well as expanding the right-side door and installing spray-foam insulation, cabinetry, sinks, appliances, and an air conditioner. The interior is outfitted with overhead lighting, a front workstation with sinks, a prep station with sliding service windows, a staging counter, a shaved ice machine, and refrigeration equipment.
The interior is outfitted with white-finished walls, wood cabinetry, composite countertops, and woodgrain vinyl flooring. The forward area has an L-shaped countertop with a hand-washing sink, a three-basin wash station, and an overhead storage cubby. A freshwater tank is housed under the counter along with a water heater, a power transformer, a house battery, and a breaker panel.
A Southern Snow shaved ice machine and a Hamilton Beach mixer are secured to a prep station along the left wall, and sliding service windows are positioned above the counter. Additional equipment includes a GE refrigerator, a GE stand-up freezer, a staging counter, and a tub-style ice cream freezer positioned below the rear window. A Dometic Evolution air conditioner is mounted to the ceiling, and commercial-style 120-volt power outlets are located throughout the interior.
